Birthstones

If you would like a customized piece of jewelry with the birthstone to represent loved ones, I can do this for you! There is much information available on which birthstone is the correct one for each month. After much deliberation, here are the colors I have chosen to represent each month. The stones I use are either natural gemstone or Czech glass bead. The natural gemstones will vary in color.

January, garnet, deep red
February, amethyst, purple
March, aquamarine, light bright blue
April, diamond, clear
May, emerald, green
June, pearl, white or light pink modern alternative
July, ruby, bright red
August, peridot, pale yellow/green
September, sapphire, deep blue

Lynn's Nest

Turquoise earring

These turquoise beads are a colorful statement and add a burst of joy to any outfit! All elements will be crafted in Sterling Silver or silver non-tarnish wire.

Custom order

This was a custom order for a friend. She had a special heirloom sweater from a grandmother, but it was beginning to unravel with age. She carefully trimmed off the buttons and I created Sterling Silver rings from the trinkets!

Hammered Hoop Earrings

These earrings were custom made for Sue. Sue had two special pearls from a trip to Hawaii. She saw similar earrings in a magazine and gave me a shot at making her a custom pair!
Although I do not have pearls, I could make you a similar pair with gemstone, turquoise bead or a variety of other dangle choices.

If you're wondering what to get for that special mom in your life, consider this charming pendant! These are examples of nests I made for a friend--each stone represents the birth month of either mom or child. Up to four gemstones or glass beads can fit comfortably in this quarter sized nest.

This "Indian Head" button ring is oversized and fun to wear! It is made of craft wire in a size 9.5, perfect for your pointer finger! This animal print button ring is a size 7. It is made of craft wire and ready for you to spice up your day! This one has been sold.

(first photo) This whimsical pendant was made for a dear friend who collects owls! The eyes are sapphire birthstone colored gemstone (for her birth month). I'd love to create one for you. This is an example of a Sterling Silver pendant with birthstone themed fire polished beads. This one was made as a gift for a mom with 5 children. It hangs on a delicate ribbon. NOTE: Some vintage glass buttons are very delicate. Though I do my very best to treat your button with care, the glass shaft may break in the process of wrapping. Hammered Swirl Ring

This hammered swirl ring is so comfortable to wear. It works well if you have a hard time getting a ring on your finger, as it is slightly adjustable. It works best as a middle or pointer finger ring, due to its larger size. It can be made in non-tarnish craft wire or Solid Sterling Silver wire. I can custom make one for you!

Delicate Button Ring

This size 6.5 button ring is made with silver wire as costume jewelry. A custom size can be made with Sterling Silver wire and the same button. This delicate ring is my favorite! It is sure to dress up any outfit! This particular ring has been sold.
